Pineapple Upside Down Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe is for pineapple upside down cinnamon rolls. To make this dish, you will need to layer sliced pineapple and brown sugar in the bottom of a baking dish. You will then top the pineapple with uncooked cinnamon rolls and bake the dish until the rolls are cooked and caramelized. This dish is a delicious and creative twist on traditional cinnamon rolls that is sure to be a hit with sweet tooths.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury grands cinnamon roll
  • Sliced pineapples
  • Maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

    1. Melt butter and pour into a 9-inch square baking pan, then sprinkle sugar on top.
    2. Arrange pineapples about 5 in the pan then add cherries in the middle of each pineapple.
    3. Place cinnamon rolls in pan and press down gently
    4. Bake at 350 for 20- 25 minutes.
    5. When done remove from the oven and place a serving dish on top of baking pan then flip
    6. Enjoy!
