Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- All purpose seasoning ( salt and pepper can be substituted for all purpose seasoning) measure with your heart
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and grease standard muffin tray.
- Whisk eggs and AP seasoning or salt and pepper.
- Pour half cup of egg mix into muffin tin then add peppers, onions and spinach. Top with cheese
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top are set.
Remove from oven. - Enjoy!
