Bacon Fried Cabbage

Cabbage has to be one of my favorite vegetable. I can eat it by its self or with a complete meal. In spirit of St. Patrick`s day I had to make this bacon fried cabbage. The flavors were awesome and I hope you love it as much as I do.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack bacon
  • Sweet peppers
  • 1 onion
  • head of cabbage
  • garlic powder
  • butter
  • adobo and all purpose seasoning.

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut cabbage wash and set aside
  2. Cut bacon into cubes. In a heated put cook bacon until done,
  3. Add cabbage , peppers onions, and 4 tbsp butter , garlic powder, adobo all purpose seasoning and 1/2 cup water to pot with bacon.
  4. Combine ingredients and cover pot and cook for 20-25 mins or until cabbage is tender .
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
