
Channy's Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar.
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar.
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz smoked gouda
- 2 cup milk
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ap seasoning
Instructions
- Boil pasta until al dente
- Melt butter in a sauce pan then add flour. Mix until flour has no lumps. Add one cup milk and stair.
- Put heat to low. Add cheddar, mozzarella cheese, and seasoning then stir. Add remainder of milk and cheese as necessary.
- Combine cheese sauce with noodles. Mix in shredded gouda and top with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 25-30 mins
- Enjoy!
