Garlic Butter Sauce (Mix all together and set aside)
- ½ Stick Garlic Butter
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Parsley Paste
- Dash of Paprika
- All Purpose Seasoning
- ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan
Lamb Chops
- 4 Lamb Chops
Instructions
- Drizzle with olive oil, All purpose seasoning, paprika, chopped garlic
- Message seasoning on chop until full coated
- Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
- Place lamb in skillet and press down on both sides to get a nice sear
- In the same pan add garlic and garlic butter. Mix and add white wine. Taste as you go to adjust flavor to you liking
- Drizzle over lamb chops and serve.
- Enjoy!
