Salmon Alfredo Lasagna Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 8 oz Salmon
  • All purpose seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Block cream cheese
  • Spinach
  • 3 cups parmesan cheese

Instructions

    1. Boil lasagna noodles for 10-12 mins
    2. Season salmon: Remove skin from salmon then drizzle with olive oil on both sides. Season with all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Let marinate for 20 mins. Pan sear salmon in oil and garlic butter until cooked. Set aside.
    3. Make Alfredo sauce: In a sauce pan mix milk, half and half , heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Add AP seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder until desired consistency. Add more cheese as needed.
    4. In a bowl mix cream cheese and spinach together and set aside.
    5. Drain noodles. Place noodles on pastry mat or baking tray.
    6. On each noodle add 2 scoops cream cheese mix and spread. Layer with salmon and roll.
    7. In a 9 inch baking dish cover bottom with some of the Alfredo sauce. Place rolls in dish and cover with remaining Alfredo sauce and shredded cheese
    8. Cover and bake for 35mins
    9. Enjoy!
