
Crab Cake Egg Rolls
This recipe is for Maryland crab cakes. To make this dish, you will need to mix together lump crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, and other seasonings to form a mixture that can be shaped into cakes. Ingredients
Crab Cake:
- 1 lbs crab meat
- 1/4 breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp old bay
- 2tbsp Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce (Splash To Taste)
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 egg (for sealing egg rolls)
- Shredded cheese (optional).*
Sweet Chili Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together and fold in egg roll wrap.
- Fry until golden brown. You can also put them in the air fryer at 375 for 15 mins
- Remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain excess oil
- Mix and serve Sweet Chili Aioli ingredients with egg rolls
- Serve and Enjoy!

Shredded Cheese - I put it in some of my egg rolls.
