This recipe is for scalloped potatoes. To make this dish, you will need to thinly slice potatoes and layer them in a baking dish with a mixture of milk, butter, and flour. Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- All purpose seasoning
- 8 Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease dish with garlic butter.
- Thinly slice potatoes with a vegetable slicer or with a knife. Arrange half the potatoes in a single over lapping layer in dish. Sprinkle all purpose seasoning and the grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Repeat for the second layer.
- Bring to a boil heavy cream, thyme, garlic powder
- Pour over potatoes, cover with foil and bake for 25 mins. Remove foil and bake for another 20 - 25mins or until cream has disappeared.
- Remove from the oven, let cool then serve.
- Enjoy
