Veggie Italian Pasta

Perfect side for brunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 box penne pasta
- 1 bottle Italian dressing from Aldi
- 1 seedless cucumber
- Roma tomatoes
- Red, green, yellow, orange peppers
- Red onion
- 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese shredded
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
- Drain, rinse with cool water, then drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Set the pasta aside to cool while you prepare the ingredients, stirring the pasta occasionally to keep it from sticking together.
- Chop peppers and onions', slice tomatoes in half and slice cucumbers.
- Add all ingredients together and mix. Add a half bottle more dressing if needed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Enjoy
