Ingredients

Garlic Butter Sauce (Mix all together and set aside)

  • ½ Stick Garlic Butter
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Parsley Paste
  • Dash of Paprika
  • All Purpose Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan

Lamb Chops

  • 4 Lamb Chops

Instructions

  1. Drizzle with olive oil, All purpose seasoning, paprika, chopped garlic
  2. Message seasoning on chop until full coated
  3. Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
  4. Place lamb in skillet and press down on both sides to get a nice sear
  5. In the same pan add garlic and garlic butter. Mix and add white wine. Taste as you go to adjust flavor to you liking
  6. Drizzle over lamb chops and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
