Normally omelets are made with cheddar cheese but this time around I switched it up and made it with gouda. The flavor profile with the sweet peppers and onions was amazing. I paired this egg dish with a few slices of avocado.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Sweet peppers
  • Onion
  • All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. In frying pan on low heat, heat olive oil. In the mean time beat you eggs and set aside.
  2. Dice peppers and onions and set aside
  3. When oil is hot, add eggs, all purpose seasoning, peppers and grated gouda when edges are done fold egg and cook for about 3 more minutes on each sideRemove from pan and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
