Veggie Gouda Omelette

Normally omelets are made with cheddar cheese but this time around I switched it up and made it with gouda. The flavor profile with the sweet peppers and onions was amazing. I paired this egg dish with a few slices of avocado.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Sweet peppers
- Onion
- All Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
- In frying pan on low heat, heat olive oil. In the mean time beat you eggs and set aside.
- Dice peppers and onions and set aside
- When oil is hot, add eggs, all purpose seasoning, peppers and grated gouda when edges are done fold egg and cook for about 3 more minutes on each sideRemove from pan and serve.
- Enjoy!
