Jerk Chicken Empanadas

Enjoy the best of both worlds with these Jerk empanadas.
Ingredients
- 1 pack skinless chicken breast
- 2 packs Goya empanada disc
- Grace all purpose seasoning
- Grace Caribbean powder Jerk seasoning
- 1 table spoon Grace Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tsp Walkerwood Mild jerk seasoning
- Grace fish and meat sauce
- 2 tbsp Grace Jerk Marinade
- Shredded mozzarella
- Shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Clean Chicken and season with jerk seasoning, all purpose and jerk Marinade.
- In a pan add olive oil and table spoon butter.
- Add 2 to 3 pieces of chicken breast to the pan. Be sure not to over crowd the pan. Let Cook for about 5 mins on each side until done.
- Remove from and drain excess oil on a paper towel
- Shred chicken and set aside. (For this step I used a chicken shredder that I purchased on amazon)
- Organize you empanada disc and add chicken and shredded cheese. Fold disc and seal with a fork.
- In a deep fryer or Dutch pot heat heat and add empanadas. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Remove from pot and let cool
- Enjoy
*Add as much or as little jerk sauce that you can handle.
